Barbecue Roast - Pigs In Blankets

A festive favourite with a fragrant twist, these rosemary-infused pigs in blankets are crispy, smoky, and bursting with flavour.

Ingredients:

• 12 best quality small sausages

• 40g fresh rosemary sprigs

• 1 pack rindless streaky bacon

Method:

1. Roll each sausage with a slice of streaky bacon and a sprig of rosemary.

2. Place the wrapped sausages onto a Grill Tray and cook over indirect heat for approximately 15 minutes.

3. For added colour and smoky flavour, either transfer the sausages to a Sizzler Plate (optional) or move the Grill Tray over higher heat for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
