Ingredients
- 60ml Shropshire Distillery Dry Gin
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or simple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 240ml soda water
- Ice
- 1 Grilled lemon
Method
- Place 2 lemons on to the Table Kadai grill and cook until the peel has begun to brown
- Cut open and squeeze the juice of one lemon into a measuring cup
- Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker
- Add 4 cubes of ice and shake well
- Then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a glass with ice and top with soda water
- Carefully slice the grilled lemon and serve on top of the cocktail
