Ingredients
- A punnet of strawberries
- A bag of marshmallows
- 1 pack of frozen profiteroles (any flavour)
- Packet of Mini Rolls, in 2cm chunks
- Chocolate sauce (shop bought or homemade)
Method
- Taking a Skewer thread on a profiterole, strawberry, marshmallow, strawberry, and mini roll
- Note it is important to use frozen profiteroles so they don't fall apart on the skewer
- Repeat for all 8 skewers
- Over a warm Kadai place the Rack and 8 skewers on the Holi Grill
- Every minute rotate the Skewer, cooking for a total of 4 minutes (or until the chocolate has melted a little)
- Then remove the Skewers from the Grill and drizzle over chocolate sauce
- Serve hot as a sweet treat after any barbecue
