Ingredients
- 1 packet of cherries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 30ml The Shropshire Distillery's Cherry & Pink Peppercorn Gin
- 60ml tonic water
- Handful of ice
Method
- On a Table Kadai in a small Skillet add the pitted cherries with a splash of water
- Cook the cherries on the Table Kadai for 5 minutes stirring with a spoon
- Add the honey and smash together in the Skillet, cooking for 1 minute
- Once the cherries are ready add 2 tbsp of the mixture to the cocktail shaker
- Pour in the gin and fill the shaker with ice
- Shake well for 30 seconds
- Add some ice cubes to a tall glass and pour the gin mix over the top
- Top the glass up with your desired amount of tonic water
- Garnish the glass with cherries and peppercorns, then enjoy!
