Ingredients
- 1 bottle of port
- 3 shot of Cointreau
- 1 ½ tbsp juniper berries
- 1 ½ orange thinly sliced
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Method
- Set the Cooking Tripod and Cooking Bowl up over a roaring fire
- Pour in the whole bottle of port into the cooking bowl
- Add the Cointreau, juniper berries and orange
- Stir the cocktail with the Ladle and bring to a gentle simmer
- Serve in a set of our chai glasses for a warming drink that brings all the flavours of Christmas.
