INGREDIENTS
- 2 sirlion steaks
- Drizzle of oil olive
- Handful of rocket
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- Seasoning
METHOD
- Snip the edge of the steak fat to prevent the meat from curling
- Season the meat on both sides and leave to rest at room temperature
- Oil a Zhara Pan and place on the hottest part of Kadai Grill
- Sear the meat for 2 minutes on each side, taking care not to overcook
- Move the Zhara Pan to the edge of the Kadai where it is cooler and cook according to your preference (Rare, 2 minutes. Well done, 4 minutes)
- Transfer to a plate a and rest for 5 minutes
- Place of a bed of rocket and sprinkle with parmesan
- Drizzle over some balsamic vinegar
