- Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, mix in eggs, and beat in milk
- Whisk until it resembles double cream
- Put a knob of butter on Chapati Pan and heat over Kadai till very hot
- Place a generous dollop of batter, tilt and cook pancakes till brown on both sides
- Remove from the Chapati Pan onto a Chopping Board
- Fill with some berries, roll the pancake up and serve with a dollop of creme fraiche
