Inspired by traditional Argentinian cooking, the Kadai Asado Cross allows you to slow-cook large joints of meat or fish over open flames for smoky flavour and tender dishes.

Description

Upgrade your outdoor cooking with our Kadai Asado Cross, an innovative adaptation of the traditional Argentine Asado Cross used for slow-cooking large joints of meat over an open fire. The Asado has been adapted to fit on a 70cm or 80cm Kadai BBQ.

Simply clamp the Asado frame to the rim of your Kadai Fire Pit with the thumb screws. Secure your meat or fish to the adjustable arm by tying to the cross bars using the supplied 'S' hooks or wire. You can easily raise or lower your Asado BBQ to control the cooking temperature and rotate for even cooking on both sides.
