What is the difference between the Plancha Kadai Kit and Set?

The Plancha Kadai comes as a complete outdoor cooking station. The kit includes a mango wood table base, limestone top, Plancha Plate, 70cm Kadai bowl, Ring Fence, Kadai Beads, tongs and brush. The Plancha Set includes the Tripod Pulley, Shield and Table Grill.

What can I cook on a Plancha Kadai?
