Made from durable mild steel, the BBQ Hot Plate excels in heat retention and distribution, perfect for steaks, vegetables, fish or even a complete breakfast. The BBQ Hot Plate is curved to neatly slot on top of the Holi Grill whilst still allowing access to the centre of the Kadai for easy refuelling.
