Delivery Policy
We endeavour to deliver all orders within five working days unless an in-house delivery service is required. Please note we only offer delivery to the UK.
Three trusted courier services carry out our delivery services.
● Small parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, tracked
● Medium parcels are shipped via DX
● Pallets are shipped by PalletForce
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it will take 48 hours to arrive. You will be sent a dispatch notification with the day your order is expected to arrive. Please make sure that someone is in to receive the order.
Please leave any important delivery information in the notes box at checkout. This should include any access issues, off-loading requirements, or instructions for finding your address. We will try our very hardest to pass these on, but we can not guarantee instructions will be followed as we use a third-party service. Deliveries are made on a 120cm x 120cm pallet that the driver will not take away.
Delivery date and time
If you require an order to be delivered on a particular day, please tell us in the delivery notes section at checkout. As our pallet service runs off a 48-hour delivery time once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot change the delivery day.
If you require an estimated delivery time, please contact our office at 01694 771800 after 9:30 am on the morning of the delivery. If you would like to change your delivery once the order has been dispatched, we can only move the date by a few days; otherwise, a storage fee will be charged, which is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Delivery restrictions
All pallet deliveries are for kurbside delivery only. Drivers are not insured to enter your property. Drivers will use a pump truck to move the pallet onto a driveway or pavement. Should you require assistance lifting or moving the products, please ensure this has been arranged before the delivery takes place. If you cannot arrange this, please contact us regarding our In-house delivery service.
Please tell us about any delivery restrictions to your home in the delivery notes box, such as a gravel drive, steps or narrow roads.
Inspecting goods
Once a delivery has been made, please inspect the goods for any damage to the packaging or item. Although we hope your orders always arrive undamaged, please check before you sign the proof of delivery so we can help you with any immediate issues.
Outside of the Mainland UK
If you are interested in having a product delivered outside of mainland UK, please contact our sales team via email or phone. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and get shipping quotes.
Please note: Any applicable duty and local taxes are not included in the quote and will be the customer’s responsibility upon receipt.
Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific instructions or requests for deliveries, please leave them in the comments box at checkout, this should include where your parcel can be safely left if you are not at home, to avoid the couriers having to re-deliver. We will then try our hardest to communicate them to the delivery drivers.
