Lad’s Rum: A Collaboration Over Cherry Wood

Among their impressive line-up of gins, whiskies, and vodkas, one creation stands out: Lad’s Rum – Evolution Cherry Wood, a small-batch rum made in collaboration with live fire maestro and Kadai friend, Shropshire Lad (Adam Purnell).

Distilled with precision and finished over cherry wood, this smooth, flavour-packed rum is a tribute to craftsmanship and bold taste. With subtle smoke, rich fruit notes, and warming depth, it’s perfect for sipping by the firebowl or using in outdoor recipes.
