Kadai is proud to host the Fire Bowl Stage at the Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival, a long-standing celebration of food, drink, and outdoor cooking set in Montpellier Gardens. The festival brings together leading chefs, artisan producers, and live demonstrations, creating a relaxed and engaging environment centred around real food and shared experiences

Fire Bowl Stage

Across the weekend, the Fire Bowl Stage showcases live fire cooking using Kadai firebowls, with chefs demonstrating techniques, recipes, and the versatility of cooking over flame. Visitors can watch live demonstrations throughout the day, gaining a closer understanding of how fire can be used to cook with precision, depth, and character.
